Our journey with AquaSafe, powered by OmniTech Solutions, began with a simple but powerful idea: to bring a meaningful solution to the water industry by solving the everyday challenges that water districts face. With decades of experience in IT consulting and service delivery, our team saw firsthand how manual processes were holding water districts back—especially when it came to water testing and reporting.
 
We heard the complaints of water districts and recognized the need for a solution to a growing problem: discrepancies in reporting sample concentrations and water system characteristics across different reports and systems were making it difficult to analyze data accurately. Inconsistent sample dates and treatment reporting further complicated efforts to track and manage contamination, particularly with emerging threats like PFAS and 1,4-dioxane.
 
These issues aren’t just technical, they’re operational and regulatory. Many water districts are spending valuable time manually entering data into spreadsheets, chasing down missing information, and preparing for audits with limited tools. The lack of centralized, reliable data management was creating stress, inefficiency, and risk of violations. That’s why we created AquaSafe.
